On air (the official independent chart) you can see TMLT @ no 3 on the Independent label charts (with HP as no 1) and no 1 on the 100% indie chart.

“Touch me like that” was released in Australia 19 January and is already soaring through the Oz Club charts. Jason shares with us the joys of success & working along side of the lovely Dannii…

“It just was great timing and worked out with my agent in the UK Matt Waterhouse (who’s good friends with Dannii). He set the whole thing up. Its actually a direction that I am not going into at all it just happened to be that it worked out and the record’s fit for Dannii. All the pieces of the puzzle came together. It really thrilled me to work with Dannii again because I had done the remix for her on “Put the Needle on it” which did extremely well. So it was great to be able to work with her from the Get-Go rather than just a remix.”

"Dannii Minogue fans are up in arms after her single TMLT was deemed ineligible for the ARIA charts.
The song was apparently selling well, but an error in the number of remixes on the track - there are 13- meant it did not quality as a single.
Minogue is not too fussed but her fans are outraged that she does not get any recognition for her sales.
"It's ridiculous" one fan wrote to Confidential. "Once again a record company mistake makes Dannii's music look like it has flopped when it hasn't."

Weird as it is, TMLT tops 7digital downloads as their no 1 dl'ed album just now. She's also no 8 on the UK iTunes dance albums with...TMLT.

TMLT is the 18th most added track to radio in Oz this week.
The track has also reached the aussie club chart entering at 48 but has climbed to 36.

TMLT debuted at 48 in the U.K chart.

Dannii will be on Loose Women December 7 so don't miss that.
Nathan confirms that Dannii's heart is with The X Factor and she's not focused on anything else, including promoting this single. Still, it's one of her very best.

3/12/2007 Radio One: We didn't know Dannii has a single out!
Dannii premiered her new track on Radio One and now it looks as if Radio One has forgotten all about it. "best kept secret" Chris Moyles said. But, to be fair, her record company hasn't really put any effort in this release, sure Dannii's mentioned it in a few magazines, but her label doesn't advertise it much. 2/12/2007 Busy night for Dannii!
She was on BBC Radio One where she was playing a game with a mind reader, (see videos on our blog or, BBC Radio One's website) talked about X Factor and TMLT. To quickly rush over to Capital radio with Myleene Klass and their xmas show. She talked X Factor mostly and also said she would be back to the Aussie GP when she's back in Oz.

OK, we already knew that but today it's publically known. The Sun writes:
"Her dance single, Touch Me Like That (vs JASON NEVINS), which is released on December 3, has gone straight to the top of the club charts.""Incredibly, it is her 13th No1 club hit in a row."
She tops both the Upfront and the commercial club chart.

She's no 10 on 4plays chart which is the equvalent chart to the U.K upfront club chart. TMLT is also the tune of the week.

Radio 1's boycott of Dannii upsets fans
Some fans have been furious about Radio 1's boycott of Dannii's new song. On BBC's forum a poster writes "I'm pretty shocked by the hypocracy of the BBC! They give Dannii the exclusive first play of her new single and then don't bother playlisting her. She's going to perform it on Children In Need, and yet the BBC won't give her any time on radio!This is ridiculous. It's a fun, uptempo song, and given that Cascada have been playlisted I see no reason why Dannii shouldn't be. It's not like she's heading for a flop, either, with the video on TV every 5 minutes and loads of promotional stuff going on."

Although there is some truth to what the poster says, we can't help but feel that it's also got to do with $...

"Music Control".Dannii talked about The X Factor and her new single TMLT. She said that The X Factor & American Idol will have a big party together. She also said that the rumours about her not getting along with the judges were utter rubbish & that they appreciate the fact the she wants to have a laugh. About her new tune she said that it will have an amazing remix package! (don't we know it) and that it will be the tune for the parties this season.
The reactions of her new track were all positive.

Dannii was a guest at Capital FM's show 'Lucio's drivetime'
Dannii came in to chat to Lucio all about the X Factor and the other judges. She also had lots to say about her new single, which will luckily be released at a different time to her sisters single and before the X-Factor winner releases anything!

Confirmed remixes are Space Cowboy, Stonebridge, Soul Seekerz, Jack Rokka and Jason Nevins. The video will be filmed October 15. Release date is set to be December 3.
